We have a comprehensive Tenant Screening & Selection process which employs the services of a Private Investigator when required. We need to be confident on who will be living in your property.
We draw up comprehensive Tenancy Agreements that gives the maximum protection to the owner.
The first inspection is completed after the first month of tenancy and thereafter every 3 months. If an issue arises we reserve the right to undertake inspections more frequently.
We collect and lodge Bonds at Tenancy Services which will not be released until a satisfactory final inspection at the end of the tenancy has been completed.
Rent payments are checked daily and any missed payment is quickly responded to. There is zero tolerance to rent arrears.
As an owner you will receive both SMS & Email messages of anything that arises. Monthly financial reports, Inspection Reports & Inspection photos are made available online through 24/7 Internet Access.
You will also receive financial reporting at the end of the financial year.
