Vicky Harris - Hawke's Bay
Vicky has a background in business ownership and management having lived in Canada for 16 years and owned her own restaurant in British Columbia. Since returning to New Zealand seven years ago, Vicky has been self employed living in the Hawke's Bay helping investors in New Zealand, Australia and as far afield as the UK and China to purchase and grow their rental property portfolios. As part of this business, Vicky has project managed renovations and maintenance for various overseas and out-of-town investors.
Vicky owns rental properties herself, including some located out of town and therefore understands the importance of having the right rental manager looking after your investment property. Vicky is aware of the importance of good tenant selection, rents being received on time, and the property being nicely presented and well maintained. She is dedicated to building a trusted relationship with each of her clients.
